Delves End Run Gear Reward SYSTEM - Exactly how it works and all types of Gear
Many people have not understood how the gearing system works at the end of the run chest rewards. Here is a detailed explanation on EXACTLY how it works. The gear rewards at the end of a Delve run is dependent on a couple of factors.
The Tier Difficulty
Delves are intended to cater to a wide range of players, from hardcore gamers to casual players. They are designed to provide meaningful progression and rewards, making them suitable for any player interested in endgame content
Delves are divided into 11 difficulty tiers. Tiers 1 and 2 are designed for leveling, while tiers 3 through 11 are for the endgame. Each tier has specific item level recommendations, with tier 11 being recommended for players seeking an unfathomable challenge.
Tier 1
Recommended for adventurers who want minimum challenge.
Tier 2
Recommended for adventurers who want moderate challenge.
Tier 3
Recommended for adventurers at item level 538+.
Tier 4
Recommended for adventurers at item level 545+.
Tier 5
Recommended for adventurers at item level 554+.
Tier 6
Recommended for adventurers at item level 561+.
Tier 7
Recommended for adventurers at item level 574+.
Tier 8
Recommended for adventurers at item level 589+.
Tier 9
Recommended for adventurers at item level 600+.
Tier 10
Recommended for adventurers at item level 614+.
Normal Delve
A normal delve are delves (tier 1-11) that are now highlighted on the map. Meaning, these are not Bountiful Delves. The higher tier difficulty you do, the higher the reward. The gear ranges between 548-554 ilvl gear and cannot be ugpraded.
PROC Higher Gear from Normal Delves
You can have a chance to proc better gear from Delves.
Lower Tiers rewards Explorer 4/8 gear when procced.
Mid Tiers rewards Adventurer 1/8 when procced.
Higher Tiers rewards Veteran 1/8 when procced.
So basically you can run normal delves to proc higher ilvl gear and based on my own experience, you will proc higher gear ilvl on every 2nd Delve run.
Bountiful Delve
This is the Delve you are after regarding better rewards.
A bountiful delve is highlighted on the map as more shiny. You can find a Bountiful Delve in each zone. There are 4 Bountiful Delves at the start of a weekly reset. Each weekly reset will make sure that you will have access to 4 Bountiful Delves. So if you have completed 4, then you will get 4 new ones the day after. If you have completed 1 and have 3 left, then you will have 4 again, the day after.
A Bountiful Delve will reward two rare chests (Bountiful Heavy Trunk) and one epic chest (Bountiful Coffer) in the end when you complete that delve. It is the bountiful delves that will have good rewards regarding gear. The two rare chests will be unlocked for you to open BUT be able to open the epic chest if you have a Restored Coffer Key. There is a limit on how many Restored Coffer Keys you can get each week.
In Total you can get 28 Bonus rewards from Bountiful Delves each week. When I got champion gear from the first Bountiful Delve I did, then I still got another one and another one when completing the other Delves. We will see how this will end up on live but right now, you can get rewarded on each Bountiful Delve. But remember, you can only open the epic chest when having a Relic Coffer Key.

The rare chest that does´nt require any keys to open will have chance on gear as well. The reward is one tier below epic chest reward. So for example, if you complete a Tier 8 Bountiful, then you will have a chance on Veteran gear from rare chest, and 100% loot from epic chest which in this case will be Champion Gear.
Delver´s Bounty / Hidden Trove
Delver´s Bounty is a rare item that can be found by completing Bountiful Delves and obtaining it from the end run chest. This incredible artifact has the power to elevate your delve experience in ways you could never imagine.
When you use the Delver´s Bounty, it grants you a special buff called (Delver´s Bounty) that rewards you with an extra chest at the end of a specific Tier difficulty run. This extra chest is called Hidden Trove and based on the difficulty you completed a Delve with this buff, you will get different rewards.
The Tier reward on Delver´s Bounty is based on what Tier you did when you looted the Delver´s Bounty from the end chest. If you completed a Tier 1 and looted a Delver´s Bounty, then that reward will be a Tier 1 Delver´s Bonty.
