Deep within the treacherous Delves lies a fearsome secret - the potential for Zekvir, the Hand of the Harbinger, to spawn unexpectedly and wreak havoc on unsuspecting adventurers. This powerful final boss of the Delve challenges has been known to make surprise appearances, much like the infamous Butcher from Diablo IV.

Zekvir has been confirmed to randomly spawn as low as Tier 4 Delves, catching players off guard with his devastating abilities. His Claw Smash frontal cone attack can stun you, while his Horrendous Roar inflicts massive AOE damage through a fear effect. Encountering this fearsome foe is no easy feat.

If your group manages to whittle Zekvir down to 50% health, or he manages to slay your entire party, he will burrow back underground and retreat from the Delve.
