The Great Vault in World Within Guide
The Great Vault can now be seen on The World Within Beta. The new objective in The World Within is “world” which replaced PvP. The World section does not only have Delves but also World Activities.

The Call of the Worldsoul
Pick one of the activities that fits you. Talk to Katze in Dornagal (/way 46.07,49.64). Similar to Aiding the Accord in Valdrakken, Dragonflight, This is how it can look during a week.
World Quests + Renown
Complete World Quests and Capstone World Quest in Kaz Algar.
Notoriety
Complete objectives for one of the Notority factions in Az-kahet.
The Ringing Deeps
Complete Stonevault dungeon on normal or higher difficulty.
Awakening Machine
Complete 20 waves in the Wawakening machine event.
Weekly Dungeon
Take the weekly dungeon quest from Biergoth in Dornagal (/way 46.72,48.28)
You will get a random dungeon to complete.
Que up while doing the other activities.
Severed Thread Pact
Choose one of the Pact leaders to to weekly quest with in Azj-Kahet.
Talk to talk to Y´tekhi in The Weaver´s Lair
/way 57.66, 46.96
In Azj-Kahet, you will be able to choose one of 3 reputation factions to do a weekly quest for (The Weaver, The General or The Vizier). Completing this weekly quest will reward a cache that contains Veteran Gear and 15 Harbinger Crests.
Special Assignment
Check the map where the Assignments are (complete 3 world quests in that zone then a followup elite quest)
Gundargaz Weekly Quests
Take the two weeklies in Gundargaz in Ringing Deeps from Gawbles.

One quest is snufflning. The other quest: this quest will change in rewards (atm on Beta). One week it can reward only rep, the other week it can reward Veteran Gear. You get the quest from Gnawbles in Gundargaz.
Spreading The Light Weekly World Quest
Complete the Spreading The Light world quest in Hallowfall.
This quest will change in rewards (atm on Beta). One week it can reward only rep, the other week it can reward Veteran Gear. You get the quest from Gnawbles in Gundargaz.
Complete Threatre Troupe
Complete the Theathre in Isle of Dorn.
In Isle of Dorn there is an event called "Theatre Troupe" that is tied to a weekly quest that rewards "Threatre Troupe´s Trove containing Veteran Gear and 15 Harbringer Crests.
Delves and Worldsoul Memory
Many activities above will reward Restored Coffer Keys (to open rare chests in Delves) so now you will have some.
