NEW Head Enchants in 11.1.5: The Return of Corruptions
The latest update in Revisited Horrific Visions introduces a highly anticipated feature: a new iteration of Corruptions. Originally part of the Battle for Azeroth expansion, the Corruption system provided players with potent gear effects, albeit with some negative consequences. Now, select Corruption effects are making a comeback as Helm Runes, offering a toned-down version of the original BFA corruptions—without any of the drawbacks! Important Note: Rune enchants are temporary and will only be available during Season 2 of The War Within.
How to Obtain Rune Enchants
You can acquire these enchants by completing a series of quests that involve collecting currency from the end chests found in Horrific Visions. Here’s a breakdown of the quests:
Borrowing Corruption
Requirements: 500 Displaced Corrupted Mementos and 8 Black Blood Residue from the end chests in the Corrupted and Lost Areas.
Completion: Achievable in 2 Revisited Visions with all objectives completed.
Unlocks: Lesser Runes.
Enhancing Corruption
Requirements: 1000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos and 8 Black Blood Coagulate from the Lost Area end chests.
