Hotfixes for December 10th – Silken Court Nerfs

Blizzard has released a new set of The War Within hotfixes, which include significant nerfs to the Silken Court encounter in Nerub’ar Palace. These changes aim to tweak the difficulty, especially on Mythic difficulty, by adjusting mechanics and damage output.

Silken Court Adjustments

Here’s a breakdown of the changes made to the Silken Court encounter:

  • Stinging Swarm

    • Now releases only 4 swarms (was 5).

    • Triggering Stinging Delirium now requires 4 stacks of Stinging Swarm on Mythic difficulty.

    • Damage taken percentage per stack increased to 25% (was 20%) on Mythic difficulty.

  • Shattershell Scarab

    • Melee damage reduced by 15% on Mythic difficulty.

  • Void Degeneration & Burning Touch

    • Now require 5 stacks (was 4) to trigger Touch of Death on Mythic difficulty.

  • Web Bombs

    • Being hit by Web Bombs no longer generates Motes on Mythic difficulty.
